Lately, I’ve had a few questions from authors about how to go about self-publishing a hardcopy book. Now, I know quite a lot about self-publishing ebooks, but hardcopy publishing always seemed a bit mysterious and complicated, so I asked my friend Mary Dooley, author of an inspirational little gift book called Espresso Yourself, if she’d share some of what she learned in the process of creating, marketing and distributing her book.
